Here are some snaps from an afternoon in Long Beach last week, where the quest to get better at kite boarding continues. Such a cool sport, so unique to me with the whole flying a bid ol’ kite attached to you with a harness aspect added to boarding haha. Super fun, although the wind was on and off this day so I just ended up flying the kite on the beach but I’m slowly getting more comfortable with controlling it and generating power (those things catch A LOT of wind). This spot is so good for learning since it’s a big open beach with lots of room and is in a protected bay so waves are always minimal. Can’t wait to get the hang of it more and start boosting (long ways away haha but it looks soooo fun). It’s funny, this spot is literally 5 minutes away from Seal Beach and we didn’t know it existed until now! My perfect learning zone is now open for bizz. Night babeskillets, Tita xx
