Woke up to some sunshine today…Sunday morning loveliness! Although I didn’t get to spend too much time outside, it’s always nicer to work with a sunny view. Finishing up for the afternoon, going to take a pilates and dinner break before completing and submitting my last statistics assignment ever (!!!) by midnight. Speaking of Sunday mornings, if there’s ever a place to have one it’s at The Granville Island Hotel. Love this spot! Essex treated me to a staycation there a couple weeks ago when I was stressed out over an exam and it was sooooo relaxing. He had to fly out early the next morning so I had the ultimate solo lazy Sunday (on a Wednesday haha). Walked down to the market on Granville Island and picked up a freshly baked almond croissant and a latte, threw on a robe and snuggled up with a book. Haven’t sat down to read like that in way too long, it was so nice. I love historical biographies and I’m currently eating up Marie Antoinette: The Journey. Felt a little Parisian with the croissant and the French queen! Super cute hotel in a great spot and it’s fun to camp out on the city island! Have a wonderfully chill Sunday babeskillets, Tita xx
