Chill days in Seal Beach are tough to beat, literally the pinnacle of relaxation. The roughest life, haha. Waking up, I can see a lone palm through the window which always lets me know if it’s a windy day or not. After a quick surf check (read: literally scoping from the top floor balcony) it’s time to start the day with walking down to the beach for a morning surf followed by eating breakfast tacos (made by boyfriend chef extraordinaire) on the rooftop patio. Then it’s time for the beach again! When the wind is mellow it’s perfect beach frolicking weather, with the only worry being the small chance of stepping on a sting ray in the water (shuffle your feet!). Beach activities galore: surf, SUP, and the new addition of volleyball. Been working on the v-ball game hard this last Cali trip haha, watch out. After a day of fun in the sun, it’s time to grab a beer and enjoy the sunset from the patio. So chill, so beaut. Then food o’clock: walk or cruiser bike over to Main St and hit up the restaurant of choice. It’s such a laid back beach town with a ton of sweet places to try. Beachwood BBQ is a fave, the ribs are delish (huge portions though, welcome to the USA haha). Finish the night with a walk on the pier and cruise back home to sleep and do it all over again…night babeskillets, Tita xx
