Hola! It’s been snowing all day in Vancouver again, so pretty! Working from home because I knew the roads/traffic would be extra hectic getting to the office today. I’m posted up with a hot cup of tea and a little tumeric-coffee that my sister made for me (so good with a little maple syrup in it!) and spending the afternoon reviewing/cataloging rheumatoid arthritis literature. Cozy. Might go and get some Christmas shopping done this evening (want to do it while I’m in the city for a few more days because afterwards I’ll be in the Whistler bubble for a while). Anyway here’s another cozy scene: Camp Olowalu. Stayed here a couple nights while in Maui (near Lahaina) and it was so dope. The canvas tentalows were lovely and the outdoor shower was bliss, especially at night with a sky full of stars. The property was gorgeous with a view of the mountains one way and the ocean the other way. Essex would make us breakfast outside either by our tentalow or at the beach zone…then we’d go for a snorkel. We tried it one morning and realized the snorkeling there was dope and we had the whole reef to ourselves! Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone traveling to Maui. In my opinion much better than average hotels as it has all the amenities (hot water, electricity, etc.) and the most beautiful location. A hidden gem and I’m for sure staying there again. Back to work, happy Friday babeskillets, Tita xx
