Windy days in Seal Beach means kiting time! After the first couple days of surfing the wind got strong and I got to fly the big kite…still getting used to flying, those things generate so much power! Super fun though…it’s good to be a little scared of something new haha. We drove to Long Beach where there’s the perfect set up to learn: a big open and empty beach. Was going to get in the water with the board but the wind died down and then got gusty. After my flying session we drove back to Seal Beach and coach Essex went out for a late afternoon rip. Tried to get some shots of him from a far. Can’t wait til next time we’re down there and I’ll hopefully get a chance to get in the water! Just finished getting my things together for Whistler and about to cruise on up there shortly, but first dinner with the familia. Ciao from Vancouver babeskillets, Tita xx
