Morning! I’m neck deep in filtering through over 600 articles to see which to toss or keep for my review. That’s today’s task before I have to attend a seminar at the hospital this afternoon. On days where I know my brain is going to get a good workout I try to eat a healthy and filling breakfast. Steel cut oats are key. I cut up half a banana and add some frozen strawberries to the bottom of a bowl then pour the hot oatmeal on top and let it soak up/warm up the fruit. To finish it off I drizzle a little honey or maple syrup on top. Super tasty and keeps me energized for a long time! Alright, back to the medical research database hunt with a side of latte from a hip cafe. Love working in pretty cafes. Have a dope day babeskillets, Tita xx
