Hola! Busy day, I had an important meeting earlier today which I preparing for all morning. All done now and need a break for research for the afternoon and evening. Thought I’d share some excellent places to take photos in Santa Monica! Walking around there you see so many pretty and picture worthy zones. Outfit photo perfection haha. Ocean Avenue is pretty crowded but midday on week days it quiets down a little bit. There’s tons of cute buildings, flowers and foliage to look at. From pale pink to bright blue, there’s mucho variety. Loved this pink building with matching pink flowers…need to shoot an outfit there someday haha.  The Georgian Hotel has a beautiful Art Deco facade straight out of Great Gatsby.  I want to get drinks in their lounge next time!  They have some cool ’20s era influenced cocktails (such as the bright blue Georgian Martini).   The pier is obviously very busy, but the surrounding beach is big so even on a weekend there’s room to frolic and shoot photos. The classic light blue lifeguard towers are a photo-op must of course. There are many spaced out along the shore.  On the way home from Santa Monica we stopped at In-N-Out Burger, another classic California spot.  Pro tip: be extra basic and take a Polaroid there.  Overall I’m a fan of this neighborhood: lots of tasty restaurants, it’s nice to look at, and has a big beach area. The palm lined Santa Monica streets themselves are gorgeous and very LA.  Definitely worth a stroll through, especially in the evening with a side of dinner.  Blue Plate Oysterette is a fantastic seafood restaurant there, as well.  Yum!  Time to decompress and go for a run.  The weather’s been epic for it!  Here’s to a stress free evening babeskillets, Tita xx
