Done work for the day and it’s time to relax and go to bed. Chill Friday nights are the best sometimes. Here’s some photos of the casita we stayed at in Sayulita…it was so epic! The cooling pool and top deck were bonus touches. The views from up top were gorgeous…such a good spot for a beer at the end of the day, or a siesta in the middle of the day. The only thing about Mexico is the mosquitos! Sooo many, but luckily there are plenty of cute little gecko’s around to eat them…and mosquito nets around the beds so you don’t get nibbled on all night. Definitely still got some bites, though haha. Overall it was such a cool house, with the main floor having one big balcony instead of a wall. Our suite by the pool had high ceilings with large openings from which we could hear the sounds of the jungle before dozing off…and roosters the morning haha. It was dope though. We stayed on “Gringo Hill” where there are tons of homes like this, which I’m sure are vacation rentals as well. The exterior entrance were so pretty, loved the bright colors! A quick jaunt down the hill into town and Sayulita beach but away for the noise in town…so perfect. One thing I don’t miss is the humidity…so excited to hop in my bed at home and snuggle up in dry/non-sweaty sheets haha. Goodnight babeskillets, Tita xx
