Sunset and moon-rise on the lake <3

Monday is here again!  I spent the day studying and getting work done with a little  outdoor Pilates break.  Working-out outside is so pleasant when it’s nice and breezy out…especially when you’re spending your day mainly indoors and on the computer.  This morning I worked at a new cafe and tried their Acai bowl, pretty tasty!  I’ll make a post about it later.  Always love a good bowl haha.  Another great way to spend time outside after a day indoors in work mode is going for a sunset boat ride on the lake, with or without a surf.  Last week we did just that!  Great company, pretty views, and refreshing beers…the perfect summer evening.  I feel so lucky to be in a place where doing something like that is so easy.  The boys had the wake-board boat in the water already from a rental and the lake is literally a ten minutes walk from our place here.  The photos above speak for themselves, such a fun evening ending with an epic pink pastel moon.  Coeur d’Alene is pretty great.  Alright, I’m done work for the day and am actually going to make some dinner.  I don’t cook often (very rarely haha) but I want to make something summery and surprise Essex!  Over and out from Chef Tita, babeskillets.  Peace, Tita xx
