Happy Tuesday!  Spent the last couple days hitting the books and hanging out with Moka the mini ween.  Back to the books today, but could use a tasty dinner at The Buoy…and huckleberry ice cream for dessert of course.  As I mentioned in other posts, it’s Essex’s business he started with a couple friends in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.  Thought I’d do an official post about it because it’s such an awesome idea that just keeps growing and getting better.  If you’re in Coeur d’Alene, definitely grab some food from one of their locations.  They have a lakefront patio to sip beer and eat tasty food at with the most epic view of the sunset (plus live music some nights, too!).  You can even dock in front of the patio if you arrive by boat.  I definitely had some tasty food, refreshing beers, and delectable scoops of ice cream there earlier this summer.  They have a couple other locations including the original food boat (think food truck but in the water) which you can order food from if you’re boating on the lake and boat up to it on the lake to pick up your order!  It’s lake country in Coeur d’Alene so everyone is in the water or on a boat on a hot day.  So nice not to have to leave the lake or your boat to get food!  The food boat is what starting this whole thing a two summers ago actually!  In addition, The Buoy Boys have a fleet of boats to rent and even offer wakeboard lessons.  Basically, you want to make the most of your Coeur d’Alene lake experience…The Buoy should be involved haha.  I may be a partially biased and proud girlfriend, but putting that aside the food and vibes at all the locations is top notch.  Wish I could teleport some chicken tacos and a Blue Moon to me right now!  If you haven’t been yet, they’re open through Labor Day weekend before closing up for the fall/winter.  Perfect place to soak up the last of the summer nights.  Time to get back to the books for a few hours!  Ciao babeskillets, Tita xx
