Good morning!  I’m up early and heading to the classroom today.  A different kind of classroom, though.  I’ll be spending the day learning about snow science and avalanche safety.  Doing an avalanche course this weekend to get certified.  About time!  It’s beautiful and fun skiing in the backcountry but also dangerous and knowing as much as you can about the snow pack, where and where not to go, and how to deal with avalanches is key.  I hope to have the opportunity to go on many more ski adventures in the future and being safe and smart is the key to that.  Here’s some epic drone shots Essex got of me skiing the other week.  I’m the little ant you see from the bird’s eye view haha.  He was amazing as per usual and shuttled me for a bunch of dope laps.  It was so awesome being the only skier in the bowl!  Everything looks extra sweet for the drone…such a cool toy/camera.  Alright, time to finish my latte and head to my course!  Have a safe and fun day out there babeskillets, Tita xx
